I am looking to hire someone to help script a pupil control system for k-12 education regions, where teachers need to be able to bring pupils to their desks, get them to focus on specific things at specific times, etc. Some of the scripting can be done with the existing sdk. Some will require additional components only made available to white label users; we will provide access to those functions to the developer working on this project. This is a paid contract.

While working on a collaborative design for the University of Alabama, an interactive 'classroom' was created that began to address some of the needs of the learners.

Teachers could create a lesson by selecting from a (limited) set of options, much of the instructional content assigned by dragging a formatted notecard onto the dais. On 'taking a seat', a student would
    • be 'given' a handout (notecard)
    • receive text instructions (messaging)
    • have the option to watch a video (if assigned)
    • have the option to 'raise hand' by clicking a floating object

One of the challenges faced was that of scale: Should the 'classroom' deliver a single lesson for all users, or manage each user individually by tracking success with each activity.
